The Solution: We designed a custom migration system that cleanly extracted and repaired all historical content, images, and transcripts. To bridge the metadata gaps, we built an AI-powered curation assistant that automatically processes transcripts to:

• Generate clinical, high-density bullet summaries in seconds.
• Preserve exact doctor and researcher credentials while scrubbing irrelevant conversation.
• Automatically extract and tag clinical trials, academic papers, and medical keywords so readers can discover them instantly.

Custom Editorial CMS & Media Workflows

The Problem: The old content editor dashboard was cluttered, slow, and full of distracting, irrelevant settings. Uploading large audio and video files frequently crashed the hosting servers, and publishing required editors to repeat identical steps across multiple platforms.

The Solution: We replaced the complex workspace with a streamlined editorial studio designed exclusively for medical journalism. We engineered automated background tasks to handle all media processing:

• Crash-Free Uploads: Editors drag and drop large audio files directly into their web browser. The system processes them in the background, automatically calculating playtimes without straining the hosting environment.
• One-Click YouTube Sync: When a video version is uploaded, our system handles YouTube publishing instantly, writing the correct title and tags, and framing it in a beautiful, responsive web player on the site.

Precision Search & Subscriber Automations

The Problem: Clinicians and medical researchers are exceptionally busy and have zero tolerance for slow interfaces. Finding a specific historical article or speaker profile was slow and inaccurate. Furthermore, notifying email subscribers of new updates required editors to manually copy and paste text into email software.

The Solution: We integrated a sub-50ms search engine and automated subscriber email systems directly into the publishing flow:

Doctors can filter search results instantly by speaker name, clinical conference, or topic series, and play interviews directly from the search results without navigating away. As soon as an article is published, editors can broadcast an beautifully styled newsletter to subscribers with a single click inside the dashboard.

Fast Performance & Native Background Audio

The Problem: The old platform was slow to load on mobile networks. Worse, standard web players immediately stop playing audio as soon as a user clicks to another page. Clinicians could not read transcripts, review bios, or browse episodes without their playback cutting out.

The Solution: We rebuilt the entire website architecture to ensure near-instant page load times on any network and custom-engineered a site-wide persistent audio player:

Listeners can freely browse the directory, search, and read transcripts without their audio ever pausing. The player fully supports native smartphone locked-screen audio controls, allowing doctors to listen on the go with their screens off.

Podcast Syndication & Operational Analytics

The Problem: Pushing new episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other directories was a slow, error-prone manual task. Additionally, the business had no clear visibility into which interviews were being played, making it difficult to understand listener engagement.

The Solution: We automated syndication and integrated unified tracking systems:

• One-Click Sync: As soon as a document is published on the website, it is automatically pushed to all external directories (including Apple and Spotify) instantly.
• Editor Analytics: Play counts, listener locations, and popular episodes are automatically tracked and displayed inside the editor's dashboard.
• Global Edge Network (Vercel): The entire platform is deployed to Vercel's global edge network, serving pages and cached assets instantly from the nearest geographic server. This guarantees rock-solid stability even during high-traffic conferences.
